Knowledge cards about coral reef fishes is an interesting way to get up to snuff on a wide range of potential marine aquarium fish in a short time. If you’ve already been reefing for a year or two, you may have already smoked past this learning curve but the knowledge cards can also be a fun way to educate children aquarists about reef fishes and the basics of captive care in a home aquarium. The $10 deck contains 50 knowledge card with glossy and stunning images by Scott Michael, with more information about each pictured fish on the backface of the cards, also written by Scott Michael. The knowledge cards are available from the Pomegranate Communications website.
